Every year since 1950, Human Rights Day has been celebrated on December 10, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the most influential document in the world adopted by the United Nations General Assembly.

Today, the Kostanay Regional Museum of Local Lore held an hour of legal communication "Me and my rights" with the participation of representatives of law enforcement agencies.

The hour of communication was attended by Deputy head of the Department of General Legal Disciplines of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, police Lieutenant Colonel Akylbekova Assel Batyrbayevna, senior lecturer of the Department of General Legal Disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel Utegenova Saule Tuleshevna and students of Kostanay Industrial Pedagogical College.

The guests of the event, Asel Batyrbayevna and Saule Tuleshevna, discussed issues related to human rights, equality of women, expression of public opinion, and the right to life.

The students expanded their understanding of human rights and received many other useful information.
